Our job posting policy to companies
When a CV is posted on LoadCV.com we guarantee that it will run till the client has notified us that the position/person has been filled (or a maximum of 18 months). Most of our clients will notify us once they have found employment and de-activate there account.
We do not guarantee a reply for a potential employee, as reasons being to the employees decision when receiving your contact email. The individual for example, could already be employed by you (reason for username only to be displayed and not actual persons details) or the individual might not be interested in the offered position.
This site is free to be searched by individuals, companies, HR departments, recruitment companies and any person/s seeking employees for there company.
Any individual or company using LoadCV.com's clients to contact and
send spam to, will be blocked and banned from using LoadCV.com and it's
affiliated companies services.
